Damaged/Defective Products

If you're facing any issues with a product purchased on WeGiftKerala, we shall help by verifying and trying to resolve your product issue as part of the return verification process. The Issue resolution steps may be shared with you as self-help, or with assistance over call or a WeGiftKerala personnel may visit your place. The seller will arrange for a replacement if the issue has not been resolved.

If any product received by you is damaged/defective, you can let us know the same. You can call us at +91 81118 27745 (08:00 hours–22:30 hours, 7 days a week) or send us an e-mail with the photographs of the same at wegiftkerala@gmail.com, within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will either deliver to you the new product or refund the amount to you. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, once refund is initiated, it takes 5-7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
